Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bilingual tax preparer to join our client's team for the upcoming tax season. This role is ideal for someone with experience in tax preparation and fluency in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses
Provide guidance to clients on tax strategies, credits, and deductions
Review financial records and supporting documents for accuracy
Communicate complex tax-related information in both English and Spanish
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Assist clients with any inquiries or concerns about their tax filings
Stay up-to-date with current tax laws and changes
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tax preparation 1+ years a plus
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
Bilingual in [English/Second Language] (fluent in both written and spoken)
Proficient with tax preparation software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., IRS PTIN) are a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
