· Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
A client associate, also known as a client service associate, provides support to clients and financial advisors. Their responsibilities include:
Risk management : Applying verification policies and procedures to prevent identity theft and fraudulent activity
Client service : Answering client questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
Administrative tasks : Handling phone calls, emails, mail, and filing
Client onboarding : Collecting and inputting client information and documentation
Client relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Client communication : Preparing client communication, such as meeting notes
Account management : Processing account forms and maintaining account records
Requirements:
· At least 2 years' experience in field or similar
· Financial Software experience is a plus!

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
