Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented HR Lead (Saudi National) with a desire to enhance the fabric of our community.What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborates with Recruitment/Staffing team and hiring managers in defining position responsibilities and identifying potential qualified candidates.
- Coordinates the hiring process including assistance in generating offers of employment and the preparation and administration of relocation agreements.
- Coordinates the on-boarding of new hires including orientation on company policies and benefits programs.
- Facilitates scheduled performance evaluations including obtaining input from assignment supervisors and functional managers.
- As directed, provides guidance to managers regarding employee relations issues requiring the interpretation of company policies and guidelines.
- Assists in investigations and in the preparation of the summary of findings.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of related work experience.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of sensitive situations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing)
- Ability to articulate fundamental aspects of relevant laws and regulations, as well as TM principles and company policies related to assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential assignments and work in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment.
- High degree of proficiency in utilizing software (both standard programs and those specially designed for the HR field) for completing related work assignments.
