This is a temporary assignment staring January 6, 2025 through March 28, 2025.
The administrative assistant position is responsible for providing clerical support for all departments through a wide variety of clerical duties. The position requires daily interactions with staff and clients, including in person and over the phone.
Job Duties:
Welcome clients and provide assistance with applications or direct to appropriate department
Manage high volume of calls and transfer to appropriate company personnel
Manage Microsoft Teams for all agency departments
Process, file and maintain confidential client files
Sorting incoming paper and electronic communications and taking outgoing mail to mailbox daily
Scheduling appointments
Occasionally assisting other departments with tasks during busy periods
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Valid Texas driver's license
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimum supervision
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively meet deadlines in an organized manner
Effectively work with others
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
General Office Experience
Pay Details: $15.38 per hour
