We are seeking an Air/Ocean Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Air/Ocean Import Logistics and a proven ability to handle high volumes of email communication. You will work closely with clients and our internal teams, processing air export shipments while ensuring compliance with TSA rules and regulations .
Key Responsibilities:
Process Air Export Shipments in compliance with TSA regulations
Manage high-volume email communication and handle inquiries with efficiency and urgency
Work independently , yet collaboratively within a team setting to meet deadlines
Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail
Qualifications:
Air/Ocean Import Logistics experience is strongly preferred
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships
Ability to work with urgency and handle high-pressure situations
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment , while also being self-motivated
Job Title: Air/Ocean Import Logistics
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Work Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Setting: In-office, Daily Attendance Required
Pay Rate depends on Experience
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
