Adecco is assisting our client in Wilmington, OH search for a Data Center Support associate. This is a temporary assignment with some possibilities of long-term employment.
Schedule is 3rd shift: Sunday through Friday, 11:30PM to 8:30AM
Pay rate is $17.14 an hour.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
Manage user accounts, including password resets and account setups.
Monitor the status of automated processes to ensure they are functioning.
Document and track support requests in the help desk ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Assist in applying patches and updates to operating systems and applications.
Maintain and update system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Experience with basic troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
