Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Agile Solutions Analyst (ASA) to support the Lead Agile coach in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. The ASA will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to determine the requirements needed to deliver a solution, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and provide valuable capabilities for efficient and collaborative project execution.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the Lead Agile Coach to lead on-site scrums, track user stories, and coordinate activities to groom the requirements backlog
Provide access for the Government Product Owner to review and articulate business needs into actionable requirements
Assist in forecasting, project planning, preparing cumulative flow diagrams and roadmaps, requirements integration, and quality assurance
Host quarterly planning meetings and support the Government's quarterly planning initiatives
Work with the Government to assess goals, program performance, discuss lessons learned, and set new targets and action plans for the upcoming quarter
Participate in Technical Information Exchange Meetings (TIEM), record meeting notes, action items, and future steps
Maintain planning calendars and support the Project Managers (PMs) with monthly contract deliverables if necessary
Here is what you need:
Minimum 1+ year of experience working in an Agile environment, preferably in a role supporting scrum teams
Minimum 1+ year of facilitating meetings and workshops, and articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Relevant Associate or Bachelor's Degree or, supporting certifications and relevant job or military experience of 4 years in lieu of degree
Bonus points if you have:
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable requirements
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or DoD 8140 equivalent
Security Clearance:
An active Secret Clearance required to start. TS preferred with SCI eligibility. Must be willing to submit to a polygraph examination.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
