Requirements:
- Must have a valid Pharmacy Tech license for the state of NC
Must possess a current CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification
Must have Data Intake experience in a pharmacy role
High school diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to type 45 words per minute.
Strong data entry skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
Must live within reasonable driving distance to Cary, NC
Pay: The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 21 and $ 21.50
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Schedule - 11 to 8pm-Monday to Friday
Location- Cary, NC (on site)- Possibility of HYBRID after 1 month
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for providing telephonic patient counseling, nursing intervention with some support to physicians and coordination and delivery of reimbursement and other services related to the patient support programs.
Involves interactions with patients, physicians and other health care professionals and members of multidisciplinary team using web based, telephony and face to face means of communication.
Create a patient profile from a scanned or faxed image by entering correct patient and provider information to ensure all other groups can successfully serve the patient.
Communicate with providers regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing
information, or patient concerns so that all information is collected and accurate before it reaches other teams for furthering processing
Documenting concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow can quickly assess the status of the referral

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
