Schedule: Hybrid (Mon/Fri Work from Home, Tues/Wed/Thurs On-Site)
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hr

Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and benefits.
Facilitate new hire orientation and manage onboarding processes.
Process payroll, verify I-9 documents, and maintain employee records.
Support wellness events, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects.
Oversee data updates in HR systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of HR experience, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of HR experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
