Audio-Visual Support

Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award
Position Summary: Audio-Visual Support Specialist shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, software, materials and other items, parts required to perform maintenance services (including preventive/routine maintenance and repair services) for all existing and replacement for existing computer- based media, cameras, microphones, video cable, audio visual equipment, and Ethernet based networking devices and switches.
Requirement:
Excellent communication and management skills.
Excellent Planning, organization and schedule developing skills.
Candidates must have the ability to obtain or possess a government security clearance.
Strong computer literacy with database familiarity (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening.
Sharp Professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
Test specialized electronic equipment for measuring Radio Frequency signal, fiber optic signal, audio circuit testing, and Ethernet testing and video signal over coax cable.
Maintain all types of low voltage systems, including but not limited to audio-visual equipment such as audio sound reinforcement systems, audio-visual remote[1]control systems in classrooms, cabling infrastructure required to support the audio/visual system and special training areas.
Maintain security systems, which may include surveillance CCTV systems.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on the software and hardware at least quarterly, or as otherwise necessary at the discretion of the Government.
Replace existing equipment that becomes unserviceable or unrepairable due to acts of nature including but not limited to lighting, power surges, flooding, and vandalism.
