ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Integrate wires/harnesses into aircraft.
Assist in troubleshooting systems as required to meet customer needs
Terminate connectors, to include coaxial cables.
Assist in conducting Maintenance Operational Checks and Acceptance Test Procedures.
Troubleshoot faulty systems.
Utilize test sets, multimeters, DMC crimp tools, wire strippers, heat guns, etc.
Perform soldering as required
Perform continuity and power checks.
Perform jacking and towing of aircraft.
Maintain a high state of cleanliness and utilize a clean-as-you-go process when executing maintenance duties.
Perform detailed tool inventories daily.
Remove, inspect, repair, and reinstall aircraft parts/systems.
Strive for efficient work effort in all assigned tasks.
Perform regular Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walks.
Comply with processes and procedures as per DHS/Department of Defense (DOD) documents and publications.
Comply with safety rules and regulations while performing day to day maintenance. Promptly report all accidents, injuries, safety, violations, and/or unsafe practices or procedures to supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct reports.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
Require knowledge of and experience performing maintenance on the following aircraft: MV22 / CV22 / CMV22
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine requirements.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
Ability to research technical manuals and identify maintenance requirements.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with external contacts such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etc. Must always represent Yulista in a professional manner.

Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
Ability to navigate V22 specific wiring schematics.
Ability to interpret workload and order parts as required.
Familiarity with software loading as required (V22)
Ability to conduct operational checks as required in O-Level V22 maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5 years aviation experience with 2 years using military standards and specifications
Advanced wire repair preferred
Ability to pass a drug and background screening
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Previously qualified Collateral Duty Inspector (USMC/Navy) or 7 level (Airforce)
Previously APU qualified (V22)
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
A fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. Overtime may be required.
