Primary Function
The Sr. Technical Recruiter will provide recruiting support to the Tech Service Group to ensure that vacancies are filled efficiently and with the best qualified talent. This position will also serve as strategist to create talent acquisition practices that align with company goals and objectives.
Essential
Functions
Actively recruit and fill hard-to-fill technical roles.
Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements.
Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers and Lead Technical Recruiter to get a clear view of companys hiring needs and organizational goals.
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
Oversee and ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately for all positions.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates, as well as hiring managers.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Formulate strategies in using both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
Participate in conferences and other educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and participate in professional organizations.
Manage outside recruiting vendor relationships where appropriate.
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Conduct screenings and identify qualified candidates for interview with hiring managers.

Qualifications
Previous working experience as a Technical Recruiter for 5+ years.
Must have experience recruiting for DoD and Federal Contracts.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent of 8+ years of recruiting experience.
In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods.
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
Knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software (ATS), Workday preferred.
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Proactive in identifying issues and areas where processes or experiences need to be altered.
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
Experience and understanding of pro-active recruiting.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
