Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Junior-Level Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Engineer to support a U.S. Space Force program. This position requires a talented and experienced PNT Engineer to contribute to a PNT engineering team within a larger, multidisciplined team to perform the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including analysis/feasibility, planning/requirements, design, system development, testing, deployment, maintenance, evaluation, and disposition/disposal. The PNT Engineer will be required to contribute to Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MSandA); Software-in-the-Loop (SWIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulations; prototyping; and other activities necessary for the SDLC process.
Responsibilities:
Support in the design, perform, and manage PNT MSandA; SWIL and HWIL simulations; prototyping; and other activities to establish and verify PNT system concepts.
Support in the PNT system design, development, integration, and test and evaluation activities as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
Completed coursework or studies in Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), Global Positioning System (GPS), and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR).
Demonstrated proficiency in writing skills to support producing test plans, final reports, process instructions, or other equivalent activities.
Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
Completed coursework or studies performing PNT engineering activities.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience performing PNT engineering activities across the SDLC process.
Experience with Government or commercial spaceflight projects.
Active SECRET clearance.
