Radiance Technologies is currently looking for skilled Software Project Managers and Software Engineers to fill a new role as a Division Manager in the Integrated Systems Intelligence Operation and a software engineer as the prime developer of the SAFE-SiM program. Radiance is entering a new phase of development in its support of SAFE-SiM, and this role will assist in evaluating short- and long-term goals, risks, and dependencies and making critical decisions with program leadership and development teams. In addition to working with the internal team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with government points of contact, partnering contractors, and other stakeholders to help define and ensure that SAFE-SiM meets short- and long-term requirements. As a new role, the successful applicant will also have the opportunity to shape some of the day-to-day responsibilities that will be used to define success.
At the heart of this position, the Division Manager must have a desire to utilize their technical skills and managerial skills to enable developers and move our program forward.

Required Skills:
1+ years of leading software developers on highly complex programs and/or leading business development efforts
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
Proven experience with agile software development
Proven experience with planning and process diagrams, such as Gantt charts
Able to understand software architecture diagrams, including Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams
Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills
Ability to obtain Top Secret with access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information
Desired Skills:
Certifications in Project Management, Program Management, Agile Leadership, or related certifications
Active TS//SCI clearance
