Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to engage with a diverse set of professionals, from Senior Leaders to Subject Matter Experts, identify, analyze, and resolve business and administrative issues and challenges that are central to the effective conduct of office activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
The Business Operations Specialist oversees and manages a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and can work independently with little or no supervision
This position will support senior leaders across all aspects of their jobs, including internal administrative initiatives, business administrative efforts as well and deliverables
This position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as some client interface
Provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention, prioritize, channel and facilitate communication and tasks; following through on issues in a timely manner
Arrangement of travel schedules and meetings
Preparation on Expense reports (Concur experience desired)
Create, prepare and modify documents utilizing Microsoft Office, tracking key deliverables and project and tasking
Unite the interests of Security, Facilities, IT, and Business Operations and support the project managers.
Create PD-level operations dashboard and review with PD lead on recurring basis
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active SECRET is desired. Ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree and/ or equivalent experience within field with 8+ years of experience. Will consider additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in gathering supporting data to create ad hoc reports featuring metrics, or analysis.
Experience performing administrative officer duties to include scheduling, coordinating meetings, coordinating calendars and events; and gathering, inputting and retrieving electronic data.
Experience implementing oral and written communication skills with drafting documents and briefings.
Demonstrated experience in business process development, including but not limited to developing and maintaining diagrams, checklists, and SOPs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, analysis of data and working knowledge of collaboration tools & web interface.

Salary Range:
$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
