As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Governance, you will be a key driver in shaping the future of Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and their workforces. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical challenges, workforce dynamics, and strategic vision. You'll collaborate with clients, assess their current-state situations, envision target-state solutions, and create actionable roadmaps for transformation-all while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Work you'll do:
Client Engagement and Problem Solving:o Engage with DoD clients to deeply understand their technical and workforce challenges.o Conduct rigorous current-state assessments, analyzing existing processes, systems, and workforce structures.o Translate complex technical and human capital issues into strategic solutions.
Strategic Vision and Target-State Solutions:o Develop a holistic understanding of the DoD client landscape, including technical infrastructure, workforce dynamics, and governance.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design strategic solutions that align with client goals.o Visualize target-state scenarios, considering both technical and human capital aspects.
Roadmap Development and Implementation:o Create detailed roadmaps that guide clients from their current state to the desired future state.o Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and workforce implications.o Work closely with stakeholders to execute the roadmap, ensuring smooth transitions.
Governance and Compliance:o Maintain a keen awareness of regulatory requirements and DoD guidelines.o Ensure that transformational efforts comply with all relevant regulations.o Mitigate risks associated with organizational changes.
Workforce Transformation:o Develop strategies to optimize workforce performance, talent acquisition, and retention.o Implement workforce development programs, leadership training, and culture change initiatives.o Foster an inclusive and effective organizational culture.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Interim Secret Security clearance required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Experience in organizational change management and governance.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles.
Preferred:
Fully adjudicated DoD Secret clearance highly desired.
Previous consulting and/or professional services experience, preferably with government clients in the defense sector.
Passion for driving workforce excellence.
Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
Crafting and delivering executive-level presentations.
