Sales Associate "Closer" - Melville, NY
Looking for a high energy, proven sales specialist to join a leader in the merchant services industry. Based in Melville, NY, we empower business owners to keep more of their hard-earned profits by providing credit card processing options at lower percentages than other big banks. We're seeking a "Closer" to join our high-energy team and take warm leads provided by our inside sales and marketing departments, turning them into closed deals. This is a direct hire, in-office position with unlimited earning potential -no cold calling required!

Key Responsibilities:
Close Deals: Take over warm leads and guide prospects from initial contact to a finalized business agreement.
Client Engagement: Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and follow up to address any questions.
Sales Leadership: Manage the sales process from start to finish with professionalism and confidence.
Effective Time Management: Multi-task, prioritize, and manage your workload efficiently. Be a self-starter, who does not need a lot of supervision.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, including both B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) interactions.
Exceptional Communication: Professional verbal and written skills with a strong phone presence.
Adaptability: Quick thinking and composure during client interactions.
Self-Motivation: Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Compensation:
Base salary: $55,000/year
Unlimited commission potential (last year's top performer earned more than $200k while the lowest performer still broke $110k).

Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM, Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM - In office position, not a remote or hybrid role.
