This position will provide technical support to production by troubleshooting equipment and making appropriate adjustments to achieve maximum uptime.
We have 2 shifts available:
2nd shift (3pm - 11pm)
3rd shift (11pm - 7am)
Responsibilities:
Conduct periodic inspections of product to identify defects that may be related to equipment.
Work with production associates to understand and resolve equipment-related problems
Support continuous improvement by leading KTA teams which will benefit associate development
Take appropriate measures to resolve equipment problems and keep equipment operating appropriately.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as appropriate.
Provide training and direction to production associates and team leads on making minor adjustments to equipment to maintain uptime.
Provide input for process, environmental and safety improvements
Provide backup as needed to fill vacancies within department
Follow safe practices to promote a safe work environment
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Document activities as required
Other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements:
Good understanding of equipment maintenance
Able to prioritize work
Able to handle and manipulate small parts
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Must be reliable in attendance
Must be able to read and understand written instructions/spec sheet
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
