Our work depends on Process Integration Manager joining our team to lead a team of Process Integration Analysts to onboard new programs and processes Tier 1 Agents will utilize to assist the VA Enterprise End User population.
HOW A PROCESS INTEGRATION MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Leading a dynamic operations team under the VA Enterprise Service Desk contract that edits, creates, and documents processes in support for all VA Tier 1 staff
This job allows for analyst to spend time researching Standard Operating Procedures, understanding new data sources, learning new technologies, identifying call drivers, and developing probing questions to efficiently provide accurate issue isolation
Communicates the organizational plan and incremental steps required to transition support of application or service to Tier 1 successfully
Facilitates communication, information exchange, and support preparation between all required VA Employee Vendors, and Contractors
Identifies stakeholder involvement based on the OIT requirements for support of onboarding team
Designs, analyzes, interprets, and develops analytic documentation, requirements, and specifications
Responsible for managing onboarding coordination and providing a clear vision for all stakeholders through recurring meeting cadence
Initiates volume analysis and identifying scope of on-boardings to include the deliver method of the process changes (i.e. Identifying if process changes require training)
Facilitates the writing of Process Change Alerts which are utilized to communicate new process to the VA ESD Agents and Supervisors
Builds process infrastructure flows and recommends options for maximizing process efficiency
Performs detailed analysis and provides findings to the customer
Partners with clinical teams in reviewing requirements, specifications, automation options, testing, support, quality assurance and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives and standards on projects
Create collaborative transition plan for new or changing application and service support based on customer timeline and support requirements
Provides recommendations and materials for customers related to national outreach and education
Coordinate timelines and actions to ensure accountability for project deadlines and timely feedback
Analyze project challenges and broker solutions for potential project delays
Verifies and analyzes report data when appropriate
Provides updates on project progress and sets expectations delivering desired outcome
Serves as liaison between project teams and customers by providing expertise pertaining to the development, implementation and maintenance of specific software applications, reporting systems and databases
Coordinates planning and participation of transition of support
Conducts post Go-Live meetings and is responsible for ensuring reporting, performance, and feedback data is available for discussion
Oversees the process integration team, ensuring effective coordination, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement for process integration.
Evaluates process integration demand and adjusts staffing levels to ensure adequate PI analyst resources for meeting project timelines and achieving Process Integration goals.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
ITILv4 Foundations certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with heavy emphasis on MS Visio and MS Project
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and timely responses to customer inquiries
Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
Ability and willingness to learn and follow processes
Ability to work as a member of an integrated team
Excellent problem-solving skills including attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain professional and ethical working relationships
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer group including executives, managers, subject matter experts, stakeholders and team members

The likely salary range for this position is $83,096 - $95,565. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
