ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Architect , to join our team in San Antonio, TX .
Join ManTech's mission-focused national security team delivering enterprise infrastructure capabilities for a global workforce. This role will support the Intelligence Community's Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) platform in Maryland. This role support infrastructure associated with Data Center & Computing Services, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver services to ManTech's customers in the IC.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure Services hosted in multiple cloud environments.
Provides Tier I/II and Tier 3 (Escalation to Architecture Team) resolution of customer capacity requests. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
Provides connectivity and utilization support to Cloud Infrastructure Services managed cloud environment customers.
Provides customer support through chat, email, and capacity request ticketing.
Responsible for deployment of new solutions into existing cloud resources or off-premise infrastructure.
Takes initiative and actively engages in the team's mission and identifies areas of improvement and implements strategies that will improve the team's processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree.
At least nine (9) years of related experience.
Must Possess strong knowledge of a wide range of cloud services and solutions such as:
AWS
OpenStack
Microsoft Azure products
VMWare (VSphere)
Must Possess strong knowledge of Red Hat tools such as:
Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
Red Hat Satellite
Red Hat Image Builder.
Able to install, configure, administer and monitor VMWare, OpenStack, and AWS..
Demonstrated experience in RedHat Linux 8 & 9, Amazon Linux 2023, and Rocky Linux OS.
Demonstrated experience using tools such as OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
Must possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack).
Preferred:
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Certificate.
Experience/Knowledge of Virtual Desktop deployment and configuration automation.
Knowledge in writing, configuring, and deploying Ansible Playbooks.
Strong knowledge in writing and implementing other scripting languages like Python and Bash Scripting.
Expertise in managing and arranging Jira projects, backlogs, sprints.
Expertise using Git commands (GitLab/GitHub) to manage/push/pull projects and implement file version controls.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
