Ability to deliver highly technical offensive CI matters in a manner suited to the mentorship and development of others. 2. Possesses an in-depth understanding of how OFCO supports DoD and USG stakeholders and how OFCO provides a unique insight for a variety of community customers. 3. Possesses four or more years of experience conducting OFCO with experience mentoring others. Education Additional Information DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601. All applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
