Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY COUNTERINTELLIGENCE OFFICER in the NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE (NCIS). Responsibilities You will plan, schedule, direct, and review the work of all Cyber Investigations and Operations Division staff, including employees (civilian and, if any, military) and contractors. You will perform a full range of first- and second-level human resources (HR) management and equal employment opportunity (EEO) functions. You will monitor operational activities of the Cyber Operations Field Office (CBFO) and other field offices to enable them to successfully conduct CI cyber investigations and operations. You will manage the 'lead process' within OTCI for Mandatory Incident Reports [MIRs], US Intelligence Community [USIC] reporting, FBI Letterhead Memos [LHMs], etc. You will coordinate and synergize the insertion and support of cyber operations and investigations to NCIS National Security Directorate and NCIS. Criminal Investigations and Operations Directorate activities to ensure mission success. You will ensure that Cyber Intelligence liaisons/partnerships with external agencies are working as intended and seeks to build robust relationships. You will serve as the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) primary point of contact for policy implementation and utilization of NCIS capabilities and authorities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with cybersecurity and information technology systems, and digital forensic operations and mythologies. Experience with results-based leadership and the execution of organizational goals.
