The Mission Partner Integration (SME)will:
Conduct ad hoc global strike and IMD mission area assessments and focused, out of cycle campaign or strategic-level and focused assessments, as required, on important, rapidly changing issues to support Commander and senior-leadership decision making.
Support campaign and operations assessments including, day-to-day, crisis action and Tier 1 exercises.
Support development and identification of objectives, effects, tasks, measures of effectiveness (MOE), measures of effectiveness indicators (MOE-I), measures of performance (MOP) and measures of performance indicators (MOP-I), and other associated metrics that may be required.
Conduct analysis and advise on appropriate methodology to assess the impact of operations, actions and activities on the environment. Operations, activities, and actions include, space, global strike, cyberspace, and integrated missile defense mission areas.
Participate in joint planning groups, operations planning teams, and B2C2WGs as required.

Qualifications:
FTE shall have 7+ years experience in global strike, IMD, or NC3.
If IMD background, FTE shall individually have 2 years experience in USSTRATCOM JFCC IMD or Missile Defense Agency and/or National-level IMD plans, policies and objectives.
If Global Strike background, FTE shall have 2 years experience in nuclear and conventional global strike planning and operations such as experience in a JFACC or Air Force Global Strike Command.
If NC3 background, FTE shall have Experience in NC3 planning or operations or assessment, preferably at the NEC.
