Information Systems Security Manager
Key Role:
Implement and manage policies and procedures to ensure database and software
security. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and
contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on
unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate
with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or
supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with ISSM or ISSO work
5+ years of experience with continuous monitoring and auditing
Experience with eMASS, SCAP, and ACAS
Knowledge of US government IS and security policies, including the 32 CFR
Part 117, DAAPM, RMF, ICD 503, JSIG, and NIST RMF or STIG
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification such as Security+
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to interact effectively with clients, SCAs, ISSPs, and other
government approving officials
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need
to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top
Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not
limited to location, the individual's particular combination of
education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well
as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The
projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to
$220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close
