Work you'll do
Provide risk-based strategic advice to the business to optimize focus on risk remediation and mitigation through early identification and treatment of risks across the Salesforce platform
Develop and implement a comprehensive security roadmap that aligns with business objectives
Implement Salesforce Shield and security requirements to meet data privacy regulations
Build Single Sign-On integrations between Salesforce and external applications (Identity Providers like IBM ISAM and Azure AD)
Analyze the Salesforce data model to identify fields for encryption and history tracking
Run Salesforce security assessments to flag high risk/unwanted permissions granted to end users
Ability to define and analyze security model in Salesforce and perform security readiness checks for new environments that consider security exposures, session settings, etc.
Provide oversight to Security scans to identify security vulnerabilities and suggest remediation
Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with organizational standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of Salesforce Security experience
2+ years of Data Encryption, Data Security & Privacy experience
Strong working knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev 5
1+ year of IAM experience including SSO integrations, external identity providers
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
Salesforce certifications
1+ year of administering SaaS, AWS, GCP
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92981 to $163125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
