Work you will do
Assist, collaborate, lead, and facilitate in support of the overall design, strategy, delivery, and best practices of IAM capabilities.
Implements success-driven solutions that align to client business goals and provide the desired outcomes.
Creates and maintains documentation and flow chats.
Acts as the driver and innovator for the development of identity management solutions

Qualifications
Required
Bachelors Degree required
3+ years of experience with the following:
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and deployment, O&M, integration, capability enhancements, and upgrades
Application onboarding into SailPoint IIQ via delimited files and OOTB connectors
Program experience with Java, Python, PowerShell, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services
Development experience in implementing and customizing lifecycle management events, workflows, rules, and custom reports
Experience developing rules like Build Map, Correlation, Exclusion, Policy Violation, Policy Formatting etc., as part of connector development
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve
Preferred
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant Certification
Experience with CIAM/ICAM
Experience in consumer identity and directory services
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
SailPoint Certification Preferred
