Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position $59,500 - $80,750. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Position Location: Hybrid On-Site and Remote at either Battle Creek, MI, Richmond VA, Fort Belvoir, VA, Philadelphia, PA, New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA, Columbus, OH, or Dayton, OH.

About the Role: This position covers planning and delivery of customer support services including installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents
Planning and analysis of work processes
Researching and reporting trends and patterns of problems
Developing training materials
Performing computing/information system training sessions
Developing and maintaining problem tracking databases
Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software
Performing backup and recovery operations
Consulting with users to identify needs and requirements
Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off analyses
Preparing business cases
Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/Cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices. May be required to support DLA's eProcurement system(s).
Perform other duties, as assigned
Experience Requirements:
Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing
Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions, and
Two (2) of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in the use of software and hardware.
Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:
Computing Environment: From most current DLA approved Computing Environment Certification List
DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: Server Admin M (Cloud or Microsoft / Linux Operating System per DLA Approved CE)
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
If job duty assignment requires "Privileged" access, must possess the following:
Sensitivity Level: IT-I Critical Sensitive
Clearance: Secret
IA Level: IAT II or IAT III
8570.01-M Baseline Certification to include application, data, database, utility or software tools administration which require "Privileged" access
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Sensitivity Level: IT-I Critical Sensitive
Secret Clearance
US Citizenship Requirements:
This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
