Summary
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a project manager supporting the financial and business execution for the newly formed Electronic Systems portfolio in the Weapon Systems group. This individual will be responsible for tracking the portfolio's overall financial performance, including tracking revenue, profit, and overhead performance. The project manager will work daily with Program Managers, financial analysis, and business leaders to track, monitor, and lead financial execution of the portfolio.
What You Will Do
Oversees, manages, and tracks the Electronic Systems financial performance on a monthly and annual basis.
Assist in developing an Annual Operation Plan (AOP), monitoring progress throughout the year, assessing risk and implementing mitigation strategies
Monitors portfolio overhead, revenue, profit, and staff planning
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, finance and line management.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications
10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
Experience with financial management of an organization >$125M and 200 employees
Expertise in government contracting including FFP, CPFF, and T&M
Preferred: Bonus Points For
Familiarity with DTIC IAC MAC and FEDSIM contracts
Active DoD Secret Clearance
