Key Responsibilities:
Collection Requirements: Provide SME in planning, development and assessment of collection requirements, translating those requirements into technical solutions and providing information on how those solutions can satisfy customers' mission needs
System Performance Assessment: Support assessment of performance of multiple systems as they are integrated together and with new collection payloads into a mission thread and their ability to meet ability to meet customers' requirements
New Capabilities: Support transition of new capabilities into operations
Assessing Delivered Capabilities: Support mission assessment of acquisition contractor delivered capabilities and performance to determine if delivered capabilities meets specified requirements and if not, how non-compliance to specified requirements impacts customers' mission needs
Data Processing Satellite Payload and Subsystems: Understand mission data flow from satellite payload through data processing and how the subsystems contribute to and are integrated to support mission product delivery
Quality Assessments: Perform data quality assessments
Collaboration across Program Office: Collaborate as necessary with other program office personnel, development contractors, other stakeholders, satellite operations personnel and end users
Training: Support training of mission operators and analysts
Identifying Test Opportunities: Identify early, pre-launch test opportunities to reduce risk and on-orbit validation test durations

Basic Compensation:
$112,860 - $169,180 Annual Salary
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
Education: Bachelor's in a Technical Field or Transferrable Related Experience
Experience: Minimum 7 years of SIGINT Intel Analyst
Satellite Systems: Experience working in a satellite systems program office or a satellite development facility
SIGINT Tools: Knowledge and understanding of SIGINT tools used within the Intelligence Community
