We are seeking a highly motivated and authority Data Analyst to join our multifaceted Business Operations and Digital Solutions team, supporting KLA logistics. The Data Analyst will play a relevant role in digital transformation, solution architecture, and scaling analytics within the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of transportation, analytics, and technology.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate multi-functionally across several logistics support groups to develop dashboards, critical metrics, and drive analytic insights.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements, opportunities, and priorities for development.
Apply UI/UX design principals for effective dashboard design and storytelling.
Lead Power BI development, design principals, and standard methodologies within the team.
Good understanding and use of data engineering and data transformation techniques to combine and structure multiple datasets for reporting and analytics.
Ensure Power BI dashboards are optimized for performance.
Use statistical methods and predictive modeling to build forecasts, capacity needs, and pricing trends.
Design and implement network/graph analytics to model and simulate logistic movements, enabling sophisticated scenario planning, optimization, and decision making.
Support root cause analysis on data discrepancies and other issues to propose corrective actions and process improvements.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business initiatives and logistics projects.
Promote adoption of data forward culture and processes.
Know the latest with industry trends, standard processes, and technologies in both analytics and logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP and Snowflake
Experience working with logistics operations
Experience working with TMS (Transportation Management System)
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 y
