Work you'll do
As a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist, you will be part of a fast-paced team that will support the Program Manager with the development and maintenance of a Project Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, Monthly Status Reports (MSR), and other critical project documentation.
Our team supports Defense client senior leaders and their subordinate component organizations. Our team works directly with Defense leaders to provide solutions to enhance mission and operational readiness through planning and successful project management. Our work has high visibility where you will have an opportunity to interact with senior leaders and have a direct and measurable impact on the mission.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required
4 years of relevant experience in project/program management
Work is performed in Honolulu, Hawaii
Preferred:
Experience supporting teams across multiple locations
Experience with the Department of Defense or another Federal agency
Project Management Institute PMP Certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
