Challenging Projects
As a Master Analyst , you will play a vital role in integrating, planning, and implementing intelligence disciplines across Joint and USMC operations. Your work will directly support exercises, real-world deployments, and the use of advanced intelligence tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the planning, collection, implementation, and integration of multi-discipline intelligence operations.
Provide expert guidance on geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), leveraging education and training such as Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) certifications or equivalent.
Deploy and operationalize Distributed Common Ground/Surface System - Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Programs of Record, including but not limited to:
DCGS-MC Geospatial Intelligence Systems : Common Geo-Registration Service Application (CGSA), Common Geospatial Workstation (CGW), Common Geospatial Workstation - Lite (CGW-L).
DCGS-MC All Source Systems : Marine Corps Common Intelligence Server (MCCIS), Marine Corps Common Intelligence Workstation (MCCIW), Marine Corps Tactical Processing Node (MCTPN).
Actively engage in Joint and USMC operational environments, ensuring seamless intelligence support for exercises and deployments in Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) settings.
Utilize creative and outside-the-box thinking to develop innovative solutions for intelligence challenges.
Communicate complex ideas effectively, both independently and within a team setting.
State-of-the-Art Technology
Work with advanced intelligence systems, integrating capabilities across geospatial intelligence, signals intelligence (SIGINT), and targeting platforms, including Family of Integrated Targeting Exploitation (FITE), Technical Control and Analysis Center (TCAC), and Marine Targeting Cell - Expeditionary (MTC-X) programs.

You Have
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Minimum of 16 years of intelligence operations experience; 18+ years preferred.
Strong geospatial intelligence background (e.g., education or certifications in geospatial analysis or related fields).
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic operational environments.
Familiarity with Joint operational settings and multidisciplinary intelligence integration.
Experience with the following is a plus:
Distributed Common Ground/Surface System - Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Systems.
Family of Integrated Targeting Exploitation (FITE) systems such as Technical Control and Analysis Center - General Service (TCAC-G), TCAC Cross Domain Solution (TCAC CDS), Spectrum Services Framework (SSF), and Marine Targeting Cell - Expeditionary (MTC-X).
Nice to Haves
Former USMC Intelligence Operations SME (0205/Master Analyst).
Experience working within team environments employing advanced systems like DCGS-MC Signals Intelligence and Family of Integrated Targeting Exploitation platforms.
Broader knowledge of Marine Corps intelligence systems and operational applications.
Clearance
Applicants must hold an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range is between $138,000 and $153,000 annually.
The listed salary range expresses what JCTM reasonably expects to pay an employee for this position. The specific salary the employee receives will be based off experience, education, location, clearance level (if applicable), and the specific government contract with which this position aligns (if applicable).
