Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to Coordinate and oversee the storage of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADDS) equipment to include general facilities management, issuing/receiving, and warehouse operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the Lead Logistician in compiling and overseeing monthly outputs.
- Assist with quality control on receiving documents and asset data loaders for spare parts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in verification of joint and cyclic inventories, focusing on the accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and physical serviceability.
- Assist with transfer orders and provide technical support for MIS systems (PIEE, Maximo, Logistics, INSITE).
- Ensure that all identified equipment has appropriate barcodes during physical inventory processes.
- Update government furnished property documentation and collaborate with site logisticians to review and recommend changes.
- Coordinate and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facilities, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement safe and effective rodent and pest control strategies that comply with environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with government entities to obtain necessary access and keys for contract performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, pest control measures, and grounds maintenance efforts.
- Ensure that access to facilities complies with security policies and that keys are used solely for contract performance purposes.
- Manage short- or long-term hand receipts for keys.
- Ensures that all access to facilities is conducted in accordance with security policies and that keys are used solely for contract performance purposes.
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, pest control measures, and grounds maintenance efforts.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is required, with one year of directly related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management and Facilities Management
- Must be able to pass NACI Beckground check.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office automation tools.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with managers and other supply chain and finance personnel.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new business/financial systems and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, negotiation skills, and the capacity to lead in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
- Experience with material management programs, particularly Maximo and/or InSite.
- Experience coordinating and overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities.
- Experience managing and coordinating with housekeeping staff for efficient and effective cleaning services and developing and implementing strategies for rodent and pest control, that are safe, effective, and comply with environmental regulations.
- Experience managing short- or long-term hand receipts for keys, ensuring that all access to facilities is conducted in accordance with security policies and that keys are used solely for contract performance purposes.
- Experience maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, pest control measures, and ground maintenance efforts.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience in cross-functional process teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in Maximo and other MIS systems (e.g., Sunflower, S4 Hana).
- Knowledge of GCSS-Army, FEDLOG, ETID, and government supply systems.
