Description: This position requires a Secret clearance to start with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Program Security Representative responsibilities include:
- Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data.
- Develops and implements security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with policies.
- Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs.
- Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations.
Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and administration, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
- Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials.
- Develops and conducts security education classes.
- Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
- Applies business-minded and thoughtful solutions to security issues and business opportunities, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.
- Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule
- Final Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs)
- Experience with SIMS Database
- COMSEC experience
- Experience with Document Reviews for accuracy of markings
- Knowledge and ability to prepare DD Form 254 highly desirable
- Knowledge of Risk Management principles and application of same
- Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
