You will be a Field Engineer supporting the JAV Depo in Los Angeles, CA.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Field Engineer you will
-Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. -Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
-Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
-Conduct techThe candidate will be requnical training and product briefing with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
-Act as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
-Perform production control management oversight of daily activities supporting execution of logistics and sustainment engineering activities including maintenance, repair, and overall requirements at a fast-paced depot.
-Manage and direct the availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products and in the case of shortages, minimize negative impacts on business flow.
-Schedule, plan and apply real time adjustments as required for retrofit, repair, inspection activities.
-Perform analysis using data tools to help streamline operations, develops, and improve current depot processes & procedures, and identify the best way to use available resources to achieve goals.
-Utilize, create/revise standard operating procedures for depot logistics processes.
-Play a leading role in the overall responsibility for product and production flow from incoming dock to final shipment/delivery.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree- Demonstrated performance executing sustainment type contract requirements in a high volume environment.
-in-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, engineering documentation, configuration management, and repair/retrofit procedures.
- Experience with contractor/organic depot operations
- Proven ability to operate within a matrix structured business
- Demonstrated track record of sustained high performance
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management as well as Customers
- Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.
- Strong Computer Skills including MS Office Applications
- Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
- Experience in managing Logistics/Technical operations
- Experience working with USG and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.
- Sustainment and repair management background
- Familiarity with Army regulations
- Ability to Lead, Coach, and Train LSE Personnel while being responsible for LSE Scope (Technical, Schedule, Financial)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
