Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Participated in various system development reviews between the Government and the software development team/contractor.
Assist in the development of software test documents and perform system testing during development of new software releases.
Provide functional support to the field testers and program management personnel to resolve problems during the review and execution of test descriptions.
Support Government testing, including SDC testing for all versions.
Participate in a test of the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) at least annually and provide recommendations to update the COOP based on the results.
Conduct user training on the operation of the CPM FoS.
Perform database queries, updates, and edits using Structured Query Language (PL/T SQL), SQL plus, SQL Net, data query, SQL Developer, APEX, etc.
Use Government-provided and approved tools for requirements and test management and problem report and discrepancy report tracking, etc.
Use Government-provided and approved tools for user problem/resolution management and SANs.
Have appropriate certification and security clearance to be compliant with requirements per DoD 8570.1M to include all revisions and supplements.
Secret Clearance required.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
