Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
The technical lead shall take the role of technical leadership for the CPMS.
They shall oversee the application development and security functions, Level-3 support, develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns, perform systems management and integration functions, and provide hardware, software, performance and communication recommendations and configurations as part of application design.
The technical lead shall also have the knowledge and experience to perform all technical tasks required, the leadership experience to direct personnel to task completion, manage multiple tasks, assign, track, and follow-up with assigned technical tasks within his/her group, and provide status of technical task items and issues to the project manager and/or program manager as needed.

Propose and implement DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), continuous testing, and continuous monitoring coinciding with the adoption of the Agile methodology.
Analyze and recommend to the government, development software and tools for the process of designing, producing, testing, and documenting CRs and DRs (CDRL A002).
Use and provide guidance and recommendations for: o Red Hat Linux operating systems, Microsoft Operating Systems, and VMWare operating system.
Oracle (SQL, SQL plus, SQL Net, SQL Developer, data query, Oracle Forms, Oracle Databases, etc.).
RF Hand-Held Terminal technology, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Java/JEE, and related hardware/software troubleshooting.
Wireless Networks, WANs/LANs, firewalls/routers, Secure Information Interchange, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Data Encryption, Software Instrumentation, Data Warehousing, and Operational Data Stores, Failover Software, VPN and VDI, and other appropriate IT and initiatives.
Cloud One technologies (Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud, Microsoft Azure, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, Glassfish, GCDS, Docker Containers, YAML, CI/CD, DevOps, JMeter, etc.) o DISA technologies and processes, specifically as it pertains to enterprise web applications (DISA SRF, DISA COOP, DISA CCC, etc.).
Secret clearance required.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
