Job Title: Shipside Operations Specialist 2
Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 months)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Assist with activities across limited functions to coordinate resolution of emergent shipside issues in support of specific operations.Provides limited feedback on assessment results. Assist team members in implementing strategies and plans.
Assist with updating tracking and visibility tools.
Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability.
Analyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts, materials and tools to maintain inventory and system accuracy.
Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.
Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
Basic Qualification
GED or High School Diploma
Experience with the following systems: Velocity, REDARS - Engineering Information Delivery, Product Standards Data System (PSDS), Integration Visualization Tool (IVT)
3+ years of manufacturing experience
1+ years of experience w/operations analysis
1+ years of experience w/root cause analysis
Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
