Description
PCSI is looking for a Project Manager to lead the administrative services contract for the Directorate of Emergency Services on Fort Cavazos. This contract supports the Law Enforcement Division with preparing reports and documents for criminal investigations and other police administrative services on base. The Project Manager oversees and trains a team of several administrative employees that create, edit, and maintain records for the division. The Project Manager is also responsible for all aspects of quality control on the contract.
This position is based on Fort Cavazos in Killeen, TX and typically works day shift hours.

What You'll Do as Project Manager:
Oversee the entire operation of the crime records department, including hiring, training, scheduling, and monitoring performance of contractor employees.
Responsible for the quality control of all processes performed on the contract.
Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined by the supervisor of Police Services Division.
Perform crime records and police administration services that include typing, editing, filing, copying, faxing, mailing, general correspondence creation, report writing, proof-reading, computer operation, and any associated general administrative work related to the specific task area in accordance with Army Regulation and Standard Operating Procedures.
Prepare timely and accurate Law Enforcement Reports (LERs). Type, edit, compile, copy and distribute LERs and information on LERs. Construct, edit and analyze MP and Criminal Investigation Division (CID) documents and reports. Adhere to the established document control system. Provide individual quality control of the LER processes.
Create, receive, process, edit, track, control, follow up and input DA Form 4833 (Report of Commander's Disciplinary Action).
Register privately owned weapons IAW AR 190-11, SOP's and other documents. This includes entering and removing weapons from the database. Assist with research and follow up with weapons owners to help purge old records from the database and to keep the database current. This includes making follow up phone calls, creating and sending correspondence, e-mail, and fax messages.
Handle employee and customer calls and inquiries. Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.
Follow and enforce company guidelines and procedures.
Maintain office equipment. Keep work area neat and clean.
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the company and a favorable image of PCSI.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of prior supervisory and/or management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system software.
Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC functions, as well as federal laws such as FAR, CFR, SCA, OSHA, ADA, EPA, and JCAHO.

Possess advanced written and oral communication skills.
Possess extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to be a self-starter and have strong time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and handle multiple priorities.

Other Requirements:
Ability to pass criminal, drug, financial, and driving screening.
Ability to be insured as an authorized driver for the Company.
Possess a valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.
Ability to remain seated for up to 3 hours a day and tour facilities up to 90%.
Ability to respond to after-hour emergency calls as determined by the Contracting Office Representative (COR).
Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to travel up to 25% locally.
If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
