Description: LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team is looking for an experienced professional that is a self-motivated person with a strong education in business, finance, or accounting and who has experience in aspects of Program Finance, Earned Value Management, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This position is for a Level 4 Program Finance Analyst who supports the Program Finance Managers, the Bus Ops Sr Manager (BMIT), and Program Management team in all aspects of Program Finance.
This position will be responsible for the following:
- Execution of day-to-day program finance responsibilities of managing program business and financial performance from proposal and negotiations through contract execution and closeout;
- Earned Value management and reporting (IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR);
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual Financial Forecasting of Orders, Sales, Profit, & Cash and Long Range Planning;
- Analysis and preparation of quarterly CSR positions and charts. Assist the program team and financial management in proactively monitoring and forecasting program expenditures, highlighting issues / concerns / trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met;
- Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures;
- Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams.
- Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers.
- Effectively communicate performance to leadership teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
- Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & Reporting;
- Program Finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis and Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasting

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
