The F&BO Training and Development (T&D) Team is seeking a dynamic leader to champion the development and execution of multifaceted projects aligned with MFC F&BO 1LMX and cultural transformation initiatives. This role is a pivotal integrator between Business Transformation, the F&BO Executive Leadership Team, Human Resources, Communications, LDP Program Managers, and Corporate People Development Teams. This position places you at the forefront of driving development, innovation, and training in new financial learning, F&BO tools, collaboration tools, and LM AI opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate with F&BO leadership across various functions to achieve strategic objectives: fostering a Culture of Collaboration, Learning and Growth, Enhancing Operations Efficiency and Performance, and partnering on 1LMX goals.
Support a continuous learning culture by aiding in the Early Career Development Program, Leadership Development Programs (LDPS), A Day In The Life (ADITL), Symposium Program, WINGS Mentoring, and strengthening collaboration across the MFC F&BO hybrid workforce.
Research, develop, and provide actionable recommendations to increase F&BO operational effectiveness by implementing continuous improvement strategies through transformation efforts and Lean Six Sigma.
Focus on a successful training plan for deploying new tools and necessary training for the future state of OneLM.
Prepare and present at F&BO Culture Optimization and Executive VP meetings, showcasing strong executive presence skills.
Financial Management:
Perform monthly financial analysis using SAP to compare budget vs. actuals for training initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong analytical ability, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience in F&BO functional disciplines (program finance, pricing/estimating, Controller, contracts, BX)
- Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills

- Ability to mentor staff and provide guidance
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team while making recommendations to senior stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
