Description: Lockheed Martin Space (LMS) is seeking a Classified Cyber Security Manager to lead a team of cybersecurity professionals supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. This position is located in Titusville, FL and supports operations at locations around the United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily cybersecurity operations, information system authorizations (e.g., ATOs, ATCs, etc.), and compliance enforcement of cybersecurity requirements for both classified and unclassified information systems. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The position requires a final Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Establishing a cost effective and robust business rhythm to manage Cybersecurity professionals and activities supporting the FBM Program
Overseeing classified and unclassified system accreditations and compliance activities for all LMS FBM contracts.
Coordinating actions and tasks across numerous organizations for inputs to accreditation packages.
Reviewing and submitting cybersecurity policy/procedure documentation to the appropriate agency for authorization.
Supporting internal and government cyber audits for FBM locations.
Supporting classified and unclassified infrastructure projects.
Developing proposal estimates that includes items such as corrective action planning, cost, schedule, and technical activities.
Developing an FBM Cybersecurity strategic plan, coordinating with Navy customers, and assisting in managing integrated program schedules.
Assist and conduct security Information System education and training.
Basic Qualifications:
Final Secret clearance with an investigation date within the last 5 years prior to start and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Experienced in leading and managing DOD requirements and processes.
Knowledge of and experience with Information Assurance/Cybersecurity.
Experience with Risk Management Framework.
Desired Skills:
Experience working with the FBM Program
Past performance & execution to cost (Earned Value), schedule, technical & risk management
Knowledge of Product Lifecycle from new business pursuit to contract closure.
Demonstrated experience with risk analysis and related business decision processes, strong understanding of information security trends and current industry focus areas, technical experience with vulnerability management, normal infrastructure/perimeter protections, information security best practices.
Understanding of the FBM program, Corporate and Enterprise Cybersecurity policies and initiatives.
Experience supporting remote sites.
Highly motivated and able to prioritize and integrate multiple projects.
Experience supporting Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's Assessment and Authorization process.
Experience supporting FBM Strategic Systems Program's Assessment and Authorization process
Demonstrate strong program management skills, strong Cybersecurity knowledge and is skilled in managing Military customers
Understanding of and experience with Infrastructure and IT Integration skills.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
