Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides cross domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems. Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions.
Job Duties:
Develop and modify product metadata in formats such as Intelligence Community (IC) hypertext markup language (HTML), IC MSP extensible markup language (XML), and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) XML.
Conduct cross-domain dissemination of products and associated materials on classified networks.
Transfer intelligence products and related files across intelligence networks.
Maintain roles including Reliable-Human-Reviewer (RHR), Data Transfer Officer (DTO), and other DIA transfer authorities.
Input and sustain product registration within intelligence repositories.
Ensure timely and precise verification of authorized recipient agencies for DIA's compartmented (HCS, SI-G ORCON, etc.) and sub-compartmented (SSRP and GSUB) derivatively classified intelligence production in compliance with agency handling procedures.
Assist in submitting release requests to ensure compliance with derivatively classified intelligence product requirements.
Requirements
Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant work experience / Bachelor's degree and 17+ years of relevant work experience.
Must have an Active TS/ SCI ; willingness to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
