Responsibilities
As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst with MTSI you will provide hands-on Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) engineering support to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position is located in the Dayton, OH area.
Performs all-source analysis to provide predictive and actionable intelligence.
Assesses the capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of foreign long-range, land-based ballistic missiles, and their associated operations, ground support equipment (GSE) and facilities.
Coordinates with senior leadership to develop analysis plans that address Key Intelligence Questions (KIQ).
Reports progress, seeks feedback, and submits products for review.
Authors and publishes Finished Intelligence (FINTEL) reports.
Supports briefings, tours, ad-hoc tasks, working groups, conferences, and other relevant forums, as required.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Strong research and technical writing skills.
Knowledgeable in several engineering disciplines and systems engineering concepts.
Experience conducting research on a wide variety of topics, to render concise analytic conclusions.
Familiarity working with agencies and partners of the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or the Intelligence Community (IC).
Ability to work independently planning, coordinating and executing work, at times with little oversight and guidance, as part of a larger team comprised of civilian and military personnel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and OneNote.
Desired Skills:
Knowledgeable in Intelligence Community (IC) analytic standards and publishing workflows.
Familiarity or working knowledge of the six basic intelligence sources, or collection disciplines: SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT.
