Job Description:
The Director of Outreach will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic outreach initiatives to support the client’s mission. This role requires extensive experience in crisis preparedness, international response operations, logistics, mobilizing medical support, and data or bioanalytics. The Director of Outreach will work primarily at our outreach center, coordinating efforts to engage with the community and stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to enhance program visibility and engagement.
Lead crisis preparedness and response efforts, ensuring readiness for potential international incidents.
Coordinate with international partners, stakeholders, and government agencies to facilitate effective response operations.
Oversee logistics and the mobilization of medical support during crisis situations.
Utilize data to inform outreach strategies and improve program outcomes.
Manage and mentor a team of outreach professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve program goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Represent the program at conferences, meetings, and other public forums.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and briefings to senior leadership and external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Public Affairs, Emergency Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Bioanalytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in crisis preparedness, international response operations, logistics, mobilizing medical support, outreach, and data or bioanalytics.
Top Secret clearance
Proven experience working with government agencies.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a confidential or sensitive program environment.
Knowledge of international protocols and regulations related to crisis response.
Proficiency in multiple languages.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.
