You Are:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Global Order Promising (GOP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and related modules. This strategic role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to streamline supply chain operations, enhance demand forecasting accuracy, optimize global order promising capabilities, and integrate effective S&OP processes.
The Work:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead strategic initiatives as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, GOP, and S&OP, advising clients on solution architecture, best practices, and process optimizations.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to align Oracle Cloud ERP solutions with organizational goals and industry standards.
Solution Architecture:
Design comprehensive Oracle Cloud ERP solutions encompassing Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, Inventory Optimization, Global Order Promising, S&OP, and related modules.
Develop detailed functional and technical specifications to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client-specific requirements and operational needs.
Implementation and Deployment:
Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, GOP, and S&OP solutions, from planning and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support.
Provide hands-on leadership in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud ERP modules to optimize supply chain efficiency, demand forecasting accuracy, global order promising capabilities, and synchronization of sales and operational plans.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary advisor and trusted consultant to clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and facilitate effective adoption and utilization of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, GOP, and S&OP functionalities.
Team Management:
Mentor and guide a team of consultants and technical experts, providing leadership, direction, and support in Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, GOP, and S&OP domain.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, Oracle Cloud ERP updates, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, GOP, and S&OP solutions.
Travel may be required for this role. ?The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and consulting, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Global Order Promising, Sales and Operations Planning, and related modules.
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Global Order Promising, and S&OP processes.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:
Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Architect, Oracle Financials Cloud Consultant)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
