Functional Analyst Expert

HOW A FUNCTIONAL ANALYST EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
This position is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of mission critical software products.
The individual will work closely with a versatile software engineering team within an Agile Developmentenvironment to prioritize customer requirements, define Sprint goals, and refine the software backlog.
This role also coordinates with DevOps, Security, and Program Management to ensure team alignmenton key initiatives and manage dependencies between groups.
The Functional Analyst will need to beexperienced briefing and conveying technical information to Customer leadership and stakeholders.
Anideal candidate will also have experience interfacing directly with end users to elicit new ideas andinnovations that can be built into future software deliveries.
The individual should have a strongunderstanding of the critical role a Functional Analyst plays in delivering value to end users and be wellversed in the Agile principles, including being a servant leader for the Agile team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
? Education: Bachelor's Degree
? Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
? Required Technical Skills: Conduct organizational analysis and evaluations, to determine functional requirements, conduct work simplification and measurement studies. Evaluate information as it relates to requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation.
? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly
? Required Skills and Abilities: Research, troubleshooting, analysis, mentorship, leadership, develop new or update existing functionalities

The likely salary range for this position is $165,750 - $224,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
