The Task Order Systems Engineering Lead position will be rewarding as you work on a team with us and a Government customer where we will be providing support on a large program responsible for the sustainment of analytic work orchestration capabilities while providing integration, governance, release train management, deployment, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), development of Orchestration Services, acceptance testing, and sustainment of new capabilities to the operational baseline.
You will lead the Task Order engineering teams on a multi-discipline approach for requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across the Task Order. You will grow the relationship between us and the Government Customer, building trust and dependency.

Responsibilities:
Analyze user's requirements, concepts of operations documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Analyze requirements and leads design and development activities.
Negotiate scope and resolves challenges via planning adjustments.
Provide visibility into progress and impediments.
Facilitate TO level processes and execution.
Facilitate problem-solving to manage risk, remove impediments, drive program-level continuous improvement, validate system characteristics, properties and behaviors, and enable early feedback.
Assist users in formulating and refining requirements.
Advise alternative approaches and conducts feasibility studies.
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
Develop product architecture and product design documentation.
Guide product development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of engineering management plans and integration and test plans.
At the Task Order level, interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the System Engineering area of responsibility.
Organize and execute product reviews within a multi-contractor program.
Support the enterprise RFC Process.

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or STEM related field, or equivalent SME level work experience as a Systems Engineering Lead.
7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer on a similar type of Government effort.
Preferred:
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or Expert System Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification.
Working experience engineering solutions using Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of the upstream and downstream processing of government and commercial imaging systems.
