Demonstrate familiarity with system engineering V-model, requirements development, management and traceability, design, development, integration, validation, and verification
Display full understanding of National Tactical Means systems and architectures and understanding of technical systems, hardware and software and Defense Advance Research Project Agency initiatives
Provide operations and Intelligence support of Research & Development effort for Intelligence into United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) organizations and United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) missions, and area of operations
Develop objectives, schedules, risk assessments and architecture definition and compliance through the validations and guidance across various Project Management initiatives
Present briefs to a wide range of audiences to include senior military and civilian leaders
Identify core requirements mission areas and obtain access to national developed capabilities
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science discipline required
Master's Degree preferred
Associates degree may be considered with 4 additional years of work experience
6 additional years of work experience may be substituted for Educational Requirements
Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred
Experience:
12+ years of professional experience in the required task area
7+ years of progressively complex experience in the design, development, integration, and testing of DOD or IC intelligence systems
8+ years of experience in a systems engineering position working on DOD programs / projects
2+ years of experience in a systems engineering management position leading a technical team working on DOD or IC programs / projects
Experience with review process (SRR, PDR, CDR) required
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Active TS/SCI clearance required
