Position Overview:
KODA Technologies is looking for multiple Radar Systems Engineers with the following specialized experience. T
Specialized Experience Needed in the following areas:
RF Aperture/Antenna : Expertise in phased array antennas (both active and passive) and experience working with RF aperture subsystems to include phased array antennas, radiators, beam steering components, transmit/receive modules (T/R), digital beamforming techniques, thermal analysis, time-delay units, and trainable antenna mounts.
Receiver/Signal Processor: Expertise in radar receiver and signal processors and experience with receive chain analysis, analog-to-digital conversion, modern signal processing designs and methods, clutter mitigation techniques, multipath effects, automatic detection in the presence of interference, and sidelobe blanking/cancellation.
Transmitter: Expertise in radar RF signal generation and high-power amplifiers and experience with modern RF signal generation designs and methods, phase noise stability, multi-beam klystrons, thermal cooling methods, and modulator designs.
Radar Data Processing Software: Expertise in automated resource management and key radar functions to include target search, acquisition, and tracking, and shall have at least five years of experience working with these types of radar functions.
Displays and Controls: Expertise in radar operations and familiarity with human/machine interfaces and tactical datalink integration of US or foreign defense systems.
Radar Operations and Performance: Expertise in key radar operation and integration of radar resource management, target detection and tracking, performance evaluation, and weapon system integration with at least ten years of experience working with these issues. Experience in radar system testing and evaluation is valued.
Electronic Protection (EP): Expertise in radar electronic protection features to include, but not limited to, track-on-jam, counter deceptive techniques, clear channel search, sidelobe cancellation/blanking, counter towed-decoy features, DRFM jamming identification and mitigation techniques, and counter noise techniques. Capability to infer EP techniques from observable radar behavior and characteristics.
Signatures : Expertise in RF signatures as it relates to RF signatures of ground-based radars. Experience in CAD modeling techniques utilizing FME scanning and analysis techniques, and incorporating all-source intelligence related to denied access target CAD modeling, and predictive signatures.
Research and Technology : Expertise in foreign weapon research using all-source intelligence data. The analyst shall have intimate knowledge of the foreign design institutes responsible for developing the weapon system in question. Expertise in key radar technologies to include, but not limited to, digital beam
Research and Technology : Expertise on foreign weapon research using all-source intelligence data. The analyst shall have intimate knowledge of the foreign design institutes responsible for developing the weapon system in question. Expertise in key radar technologies to include, but not limited to, digital beamforming, analog-to-digital converters, T/R module materials, computing capability, and innovative signal processing techniques.
Data Analysis: Experience conducting technical radar ELINT analysis to include the following radar functions: target search, acquisition, high-priority track, low-priority track, missile guidance, missile tracking, discrimination, waveform scheduling, antenna pattern analysis (power, pattern, polarization), seeker signals analysis, and jamming mitigation. Ability to recognize and assess novel resource management techniques.
Modeling and Simulation: Experience with digital modeling of foreign SAM systems and knowledge of STIMS 2.0 and 3.0 model architectures.
System Integrator: The integrator shall have at least 10-15 years of experience with foreign weapon system analysis and have participated in at least one previous ITEAMS effort. The system integrator shall have expertise in radar operations and an excellent understanding of radar theory.
Required Qualifications:
Multiple levels of experience are considered in one or more of the specialized areas.
US Citizenship is required.

Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph or Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI and Poly
